Aryan Khan and 2 others granted bail by the Bombay HC in drugs-on-cruise case

Nagpur: Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant and Munmumn Dhamecha have been granted bail by the Bombay High court over drugs-on-cruise case.

Former AG Mukul Rohtagi who represented Aryan Khan said after hearing the arguments for three days Aryan along with Arbaaz Merchant and Munmumn Dhamecha have been granted bail. Rohatgi added that the detailed order will be out tomorrow and three of them will be out of the jail by tomorrow or latest by Saturday.

Khan, Merchant and Dhamecha have been in custody since October 3 and in Arthur road jail since October 8. He was reportedly counselled in jail in which he promised to ‘serve the nation’ and ‘promised to be a good citizen of the country.’ Khan was counselled by the NCB’s Zonal director Sameer Wankhede who has been leading the investigation.
