Nagpur: Four including Delhi’s most-wanted gangster Jitender Gogi were killed in a shootout inside a court in Delhi. Several others have been left injured. In a video doing rounds on social media, gunshots are heard and swift action was taken by the Delhi Police in eliminating the attackers.
The attackers were reportedly dressed as lawyers when they started shooting in the court. Gogi was reportedly killed by the rival gang headed by Tillu Tajpuria. Both the gangs managed to enter the court and were later shot dead by security personnel.
Renowned gangster Gogi was involved in several crimes and was jailed at Tihar JAI. He was being produced in the court when members of the rival gang (Tillu gang) entered the court, dressed up as lawyers and opened fire. According to sources, Gogi died instantly.
Delhi Police commissioner Rakesh Asthana in an interview said the police acted swiftly and killed both the assailants.
